The schedule will be sent via email to all current students and is also available in the parent portal.

Multiple poses will be taken of both the individual dancer and the class. When the class photo is finished, you will be free to leave.

Fine Art Photo is located in Lemoyne. If for some reason your child can not be present at the designated class time, we can try to fit he or she in at another time or they can even go to the photography studio for individual shots. He or she would not be in the group photo but would still have the opportunity to have photos taken. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the pictures, you can also have the individual pictures retaken at the photography studio.

Please have your student's hair and make-up ready when you arrive at the studio. The rooms will be set up as dressing areas so that students have a place to put their things and change into their other costumes. Please make sure your student has all of their costumes, shoes, and accessories needed for each dance. Please see the accessory list attached. Also, please make sure you put your student's name in their costumes, shoes, bags etc in case anything gets left behind.

Pictures will take place at the dance studio. You will need to arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time to register and prepare. We ask that you are mindful of other businesses when you park and allow enough time for parking.

Picture Sales Info

There will be no high pressure sales pitch and no forms to fill out. When pictures are available, all orders will completed online by parents.

Order only what you want as there are no packages. You will purchase by the 8 X 10 unit. An 8 X 10 unit would be 1- 8X10, 2- 5X7, 4 3X5 or 8-wallets. Composite photos are also available with multiple poses, multiple costumes or multiple family members.

The choice is entirely yours and there will be several options. All orders will be mailed directly to your home when they are completed.
